Sheet C-010 Civil Pergola Detail: Sheet C-7: PERGOLA CONSTRUCTION:
The use of combustible materials (pergola) in Non-Combustible type of construction (Type I and II construction) is included in Section 603 of the Virginia Construction Code (VCC 2012).
